Four people and one long table
The practice is deliberately small so that the person you meet is the person who draws.
How the practice runs
We take on six projects at a time. Each one has a named architect who stays with it from the first site visit to the final certificate. Fees are a percentage agreed at the start, and every stage ends with a set of drawings and a written note you can take to another practice if you want to.

What you pay for

A fixed first stage
Survey, feasibility and a cost range, quoted before we begin.

A percentage after that
Agreed at the start and unchanged unless the brief changes.

No charge for the first meeting
An hour on site or in the studio, with no obligation on either side.
